Shipping & Returns

Highly Fresh orders are shipped or ready for pickup typically within 3 business days, and (rarely) up to 7 business days.

Estimated delivery time is calculated at check out and based on your location. Your order will arrive within the time period shown when checking out.

You will receive a shipping confirmation and order tracking number within 3 business days of placing your order. Tracking may take up to 48 hours to update. Please check your spam folder!

Let us make it right. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim. Email us within 3 business days of delivery with photos of the damage and we will work to make it right.

Typos and mistakes happen. Always double check your order confirmation email. If you find a mistake, please email us (hello@highlyfresh.net) IMMEDIATLY. If a customer provides us with an incomplete or incorrect address and the order has already shipped, we can no longer correct the address - it will go to the incomplete or incorrect address. It is the customers responsibility to confirm this information before the order is sent.

We aim to process orders quickly, so it's best to reach out to our customer service team as soon as possible. While we cannot guarantee cancellations or modifications, we will do our best to accommodate your request.

We gladly provide complete refunds for items that are in their original condition, accompanied by a receipt, and returned within 14 days of purchase. In the case of items returned without a receipt, we offer an exchange or an in-store credit. Please email us (hello@highlyfresh.net) to start an online return. Return shipping is the customers responsibility. All sale items are final sale.

We ship world-wide! Highly Fresh is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
